A couple more pictures from my recent vacation. This is off a pier on Lake Pepin in Pepin, WI.
Random thoughts about single parenting, parenting, homeschooling, dealing with chronic illness, going back to college, working while trying to survive...just every day stuff. Just stuff that plagues me during the course of my day. Probably nothing of lasting interest to anyone but me.

Wow - I almost missed the duck in the first photo because of the background … glad I looked closer to see. Thanks for stopping by mine at Small Reflections earlier.

Seems a nice area to visit for vacation. I liked the duck in flight, and thought the first photo showed off the duck's sense in seeking some sort of camoflauge. Neat!
Lovely scenes from your vacation. Beautiful photos of a handsome duck!
what a nice spot for a vacation. good shot of the duck!
Love ducks!
I always love these little green headed guys.
Nice action shot in the second one.

I love that critter. I have ducks also.
BTW, I'd like to invite you to Emerald Sundays. It starts next week, and I hope you can join me.
